Mr. Sarvik Singhai is the managing partner in Asteya Legal. He is a qualified Company Secretary from (ICSI) and a law graduate. He is also pursuing an LLM(Pro) from the National Law University Delhi (NLUD). 

He is a dynamic and competent professional with over 10 years of vast experience as a lawyer in mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, IBC, civil, and other fields of law, such as Arbitration and conciliation, property matters, FEMA, RBI, etc. He regularly appears in various courts, such as Madhya Pradesh High Courts, Delhi High Court, and Supreme Court of India, and various other tribunals such as DRT, DRAT, NCLT, NCLAT, and CAT.
